Delivery Time: Up to 10 business days

Home Delivery:

  • Orders up to ₪349 – Shipping fee: ₪30
     

Pickup Point Delivery:

  • Orders up to ₪349 – Shipping fee: ₪20
     

Free Shipping:

  • For orders over ₪349 – Applies to both home delivery and pickup point
     

Additional Information:

  • Orders are dispatched starting from the next business day after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed after 15:00 will be processed on the following business day.

  • Delivery service is available across Israel.

Return and Exchange Policy

  • Items may be exchanged or returned only if they have not been used and are in their original packaging, with tags attached

  • Exchanges or store credit can be requested within 14 days from the date of receiving the item.

  • Items purchased during sales, end-of-season promotions, or from the outlet category may be returned within 3 business days of receipt only.

  • Store credit will be issued for use on our website, based on the original purchase price of the item.

  • Exchanges via courier are available at a cost of ₪35 courier fee.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date we receive your package and will be issued either to the original payment method or as store credit on our website.
